1. Internal Use Licence

A one-time purchase grants you a perpetual licence to use the kit within a single business entity. There are no subscriptions, renewals, or recurring fees. Once purchased, the documents are yours to use for as long as your business operates.

• Print, distribute, and display the documents within your organisation.
• Customise documents with your business name, logo, and operational details.
• Share with employees, contractors, and workers operating under your business.

The licence does not permit redistribution outside your business, public posting, or sharing with other organisations. See What's Not Permitted below.

2. Multi-Business Use

If you operate multiple businesses or trade under different names, you need a separate licence for each business entity. Each kit is tied to one business — even if the same person owns both.

For example, if you run a cleaning company and a separate landscaping business, you would need a kit for each trade. This ensures every business has its own properly branded, trade-specific compliance documents.

3. Consultant & Advisor Use

Health and safety consultants, business advisors, and compliance specialists who help clients set up their H&S documentation should purchase one kit per client business. You may not use a single kit across multiple client organisations.

We offer volume bundles on request for consultants working with multiple clients. Please contact us with details of your requirements and we will provide a tailored quote.

4. Educational & Training Use

Training providers, colleges, and course creators who wish to use our materials in classroom or online course settings should contact us to discuss licensing terms. Standard single-business licences do not cover educational distribution.

Email info@healthandsafetykits.com with details of your institution, course, and expected student numbers, and we will work out appropriate terms.

5. Modifications & Customisation

Pro Kit Word and Excel files are specifically designed to be edited. You are encouraged to customise the documents to reflect your business operations. Permitted modifications include:

• Adding your business name, logo, and branding.
• Inserting employee names, site addresses, and operational details.
• Adjusting risk assessments and COSHH entries for your specific products and processes.
• Removing sections that are not applicable to your operations.

6. What's Not Permitted

To keep things fair for everyone, the following uses are not allowed:

• Resale — You may not sell the documents or any derivative of them.
• Redistribution — You may not share the files with other businesses, freelancers, or individuals outside your licensed entity.
• Public posting — You may not upload the documents to public websites, forums, file-sharing platforms, or social media.
• Repackaging — You may not incorporate the materials into another product, course, or template pack for distribution or sale.
